ICYMI - JLL appoints Steve Jack as Energy & Infrastructure lead, Virtana appoints Paul Appleby as its new CEO, and Sheikh Hamdan appoints 22 Chief AI Officers across government entities in Dubai

In today’s newsletter, JLL, on Tuesday, announced the appointment of Steve Jack as EMEA Energy & Infrastructure Advisory business lead. In addition, Steve will retain his position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Equity Advisory and Debt & Structured Finance teams.

Also, in other news, Virtana, the leading provider of hybrid-cloud AI infrastructure observability solutions, on Monday, announced the appointment of Paul Appleby (pictured) as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with immediate effect.

Also on Monday, according to Zawya, His Highness H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai has moved to appoint 22 Chief Artificial Intelligence Officers across various government entities in Dubai, who will spearhead specialised plans and programmes in the field of AI and advanced technology.
